Dean Jaderston is the Executive Director of Northern Pines along with his wife Julie. They directed the Senior High program at Northern Pines from 1989 to 2007 before they moved to their current position. Dean is also the head men’s basketball coach at Sterling College in Sterling, KS, where he and Julie also serve as youth pastors in their local church. This is Dean's 2nd conference as a speaker. Troy is senior pastor of Grace Church in Edina Minnesota. He and his wife, Cheri, have two daughters and a son (Delaney, Marlee, and Drake). Pastor Dobbs earned an undergraduate degree from Ball State University (BS Criminology), a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is a Doctor of Ministry candidate from Denver Seminary in Expository Preaching and Leadership (anticipating graduation in May 2009). Troy enjoys spending time with his family, reading, exercising, and following college basketball. This will be Troy's 3rd Northern Pines conference. |

Mark Alan grew up attending Northern Pines as a child and is now back with us in his second year leading the Northern Pines Worship Team. He is currently the worship pastor at Emmanuel Christian Center in Spring Lake Park, MN. Winner of the UK International Songwriting Competition, best Gospel Song in 2003, Mark has written countless worship songs and released several albums over the past 10 years in ministry.
