Northern Pines strives to find world-class, God-centered speakers and musicians to teach, lead, and challenge the adults during each week. 2012 is no exception - we are proud to be bringing back well-known Northern Pines favorites as well as introducing you to some new faces. Week One
Family Hour | Dean Jaderston

Dean Jaderston is the Executive Director of Northern Pines along with his wife Julie. They directed the Senior High program at Northern Pines from 1989 to 2007 before they moved to their current position. Dean is also the head men’s basketball coach at Sterling College in Sterling, KS, where he and Julie also serve as youth pastors in their local church. This is Dean's 2nd conference as a speaker. Dean and Julie have three sons, Matt (22), Mike (20), and Jake (17).

Bible Hour | Peter Reid
Peter Reid has served as the principal of the Torchbearer Bible School and Conference Center in Bodenseehof, Germany (a six-month Bible school and discipleship program, the center offers conferences and retreats) since 2001. He also engages in ministry that takes him to other Torchbearer centers in Europe, and he does speaking engagements in other parts of the world. This will be Peter's 5th Northern Pines conference.
Peter and his wife Gaby have one son, Christian.

Evening Hour | Doug Anderson

Doug Anderson is the senior pastor at Calvary Community Church in Williams Bay, WI. He and his wife Dawn have a daughter April. Growing up in Haiti as a son to missionaries, he and Dawn first felt called to the mission field. After returning he has spent the last 30 years pastoring 3 different churches. This is Doug's 4th Northern Pines conference.

Music/Worship | Mark Alan & the Northern Pines Worship Team

Mark Alan grew up attending Northern Pines as a child and is now back with us in his second year leading the Northern Pines Worship Team. He is currently the worship pastor at Emmanuel Christian Center in Spring Lake Park, MN. Winner of the UK International Songwriting Competition, best Gospel Song in 2003, Mark has written countless worship songs and released several albums over the past 10 years in ministry.
Mark and his wife Jill have 2 children, Greyson and Annabel.
